With Contract Close to Expiring at Tottenham, Antonio Conte is Open to Juventus Return

Antonio Conte’s Potential Return to Juventus

It is quite sensational for the Juventus fans and everyone involved with the club that they have a chance to get their former manager back.

However, there is a particular condition that needs to be met before Antonio Conte makes a return to the club. It is being reported that Antonio Conte may return to the club in case Max Allegri is sacked.

Max Allegri is the current manager at Juventus who has managed the Italian club for a longer period than Antonio Conte. The manager is currently under fire for the overall performance demonstrated by the Italian club.

Pressure Keeps Building over Juventus

The pressure is constantly rising over Juventus ever since the current season has begun. The recent defeat Juventus faced was versus Monza. Juventus reportedly lost against Monza with a 0-1 outcome in the Champions League.

The constant underperformance of the club has pushed it to the bottom of the scoreboard. Out of the seven matches, Juventus has only managed to win two matches from Seria A.

Following the constant losses, the club is currently sitting at the eighth spot on the Seria A scoreboard.

The recent pressurized performance of the club has forced the executives and fans to question Allegri’s performance and role.

Juventus May Replace Allegri

Given the recent performance of Juventus, the management may be planning to remove Allegri and replace him with a manager capable enough to help the club.

The constant criticism from the fans may cause the executives to bring a change to the club. In case the club proceeds with sacking Allegri, Conte would be their first choice.

Statement by Conte

According to Antonio Conte, he will be interested to rejoin Juventus if Allegri is terminated. Antonio Conte’s contract is soon to end at his current football club, Tottenham.

He may rejoin the club and become Juventus boss for the second time. Antonio Conte managed Juventus from 2011 to 2014.

Antonio Conte already has an offer from Tottenham to extend his contract at the club. If Juventus executives make the decision and let Allergi go, then Conte may return to the club.

It is expected that Conte’s return to his former club may rejuvenate the spirit and confidence of the team, bringing them back to the competition.
