One of the greatest golf players, T.R Woods has recently declared that he was going to participate in the HeroWorldChallenge once more the following month. Since he decided to attend the event, that could have been his last big sporting event at St. Andrews in the middle of last summer, Woods hasn’t participated in any competitions.
Change of mind
But lately the news came out about his change of mind. Previously, he was thinking about resigning his career and took a long break from games and matches. But now his team and coach are pleased to declare that he was going to take part in the 2022 HeroWorldChallenge. He posted that he was also going to invite @K_Kisner and @TommyFleetwood1. He wished to see everyone in his next destination – Albany.
The main reason for his decline in the career as a professional golf player was a severe injury on the leg – he had to stop participating in matches due to health problems. The 46-year-old has confirmed he was not going to ever participate in such a huge contest with a complicated timetable once more after suffering severe leg injuries in a potentially fatal traffic crash in Los Angeles more than a year ago in winter.
T. Woods stated that several of the golf professionals might not have the opportunity to compete in such a significant sport contest – important for the whole gold industry and the great sportsmen.
The excitement for the future matches
Tiger Woods also went on a meeting with the best golf players to keep the LIV Series alive. It’s understandable that T. Woods would get back to his previous field of work given that the HeroWorldChallenge, a 20-man competition, will be held in the Bahamas from December 1–4. Three sponsorship withdrawals remain from the first course, which was announced last month.
So, the next month the prominent gold event is going to take place and all the contestants are super excited about the start of it – including Tiger Woods. He posted a tweet on his personal page showing his enthusiasm and dedication to gold in general and the upcoming event.
