The Reduce Of Financing For Red Bull

Lewis Hamilton has told that if Red Bull does not get a punishment for violating the limits of the budget of Formula 1, then in the future the meaning of expending bounds will lose their meaning. Hamilton has earlier said that he thinks spending too much could have significantly impacted the results of the World Championship last year. But at that time he nearly lost.

McLaren’s representatives are demanding that the FIA take action against Red Bull for violating the budget limit.

The different understanding of the rules

The controversy has ruled Formula One ever after the FIA declared that Red Bull had exceeded the limit two weeks ago. Red Bull denies that it surpassed the $145 million limit, and the squad thinks the disagreement is because of a different reading of the regulations. Hamilton notes that this amount is adequate to make significant improvements to the car’s performance.

Ahead of the upcoming U.S. Grand Prix in Austin, 7 times winner Hamilton asserts that the FIA must do something resolutely to penalize over the limit.  Otherwise, if the rule were lenient enough, each team would spend millions more. Otherwise, the spending of team will become uncountable.

The future actions

The procedure for violations deemed “minor” by the sport authorities  – anything within 5 percent of the limit, close to $7.25 million – is ongoing. It is assumed that the FIA offered Red Bull the rules of an ‘Agreement on Permissible Infractions’. If this is agreed to, the process will be terminated. If Red Bull evaluates the statement, their punishment will be only financial penalties and no future budget quota cuts.

In the future, the rules are going to be unified for all the sportsmen and all the possible misunderstandings will be resolved even before the competition starts. In general, the current situation will soon come to an end, with the Red Bulls getting punished for exceeding spending levels. Such a situation will become a valuable incident that will help the authorities make decisions on penalties in the future. But for now, the penalties are going to be imposed while the team is still trying to prove themselves right.
